Best app
Used this site over 10 years. I know the calories in everything I eat, but if I don’t see it in black & white I over eat. I love the weight tracker. I know what’s in my fridge so while having morning coffee, I log everything I’m likely to eat that day. In the evening, I adjust the log to reflect what I’ve actually eaten. There used to be a place to click on and see an estimate of what your weight would be like in 5 weeks if you kept calories the same. Maybe I don’t see...

Ai tools super weak
The service is good, but the cost has increased and the ai tools provide no additional value. Recommend lowering the cost and removing the ai tools - maybe replacing with an api so we can pay our own token cost to get info

Hassle
I have used this app for multiple years. Took about a year break and reinstalled yesterday. It hounds you on every screen, sometimes blocking your data input with their hovering “try premium” button that you have to start over just to get it to go away. TERRIBLE BUSINESS MODEL. After about 5 years, I’m finding an alternative. I wouldn’t even mind buying premium but they took away scanning barcode to add unless you pay and other features that used to be standard to be bullish...

Logging food a pain
I decided to dump weight watchers and go with MyFitnessPal premium because it synced with Garmin connect. The main function of the app is to track food so why do they make it so difficult. First I have found several bar codes that were not recognized. When entering food I generally weigh what I eat. The app is set up for package servings so your choices are 1 serving, the number of grams that is one serving i.e. 140 g, or one gram. My cheap scale only give oz and even though...

My fitness Pal is very helpful and easy to use
My fitness pal is a very good souce to use to help me to lose weight, I was using so many excuses to why I couldn't lose weight, using my fitness pal showed me I was overeating, I love the ease of scanning labels,adding excercise I have lost weight using the premium version. Its very helpful to get your eating under control. I would recommend use to everyone who is willing to DO THE WORK, of losing weight and learning how to change your eating behavior.

Each review is dealt onto the strip as Jev reads it, gets a stamp for what the text says (positive, mixed, neutral, negative) and tags for what it is about, then lands on the deck for its kind of review: praise, a bug report, a complaint about a product decision, a billing problem, a feature request. The verdict line keeps the star average next to what the text says, and the reviews that change colour are the ones a star average hides: four stars with a complaint inside, five stars typed over an angry paragraph. In our study of 1.1 million reviews only 26% of four-star reviews were plain praise.
Under the decks the counters light up what stands out for this app: surprise charges, blame for an update, people saying they are leaving, reviews waiting for a reply, and its most common complaint topics. The category averages next to the charge and update counts come from the same study.

- It takes the 100 newest App Store reviews of the app you pick and sends the text of each one to Jev, a model from TypeSafe AI that answers fixed questions with a choice or a probability. Jev never sees the star rating, so the stars and the text can be compared.
